Before you call to request a new service or rebuild, please have the following information readily available to assist the engineering department in setting up your account:

The name of the person the account will be set up in and current mailing address.
The service address including the legal description -- township, range, section and quarter of the property and the service address (if different from current mailing address), home and daytime phone number.
Service type and size requested.
Type of heating/cooling system and water heater.
Name of general contractor/electrical contractor.
